Working closely with clinicians, providers, and revenue cycle teams, you will help ensure documentation meets established coding standards and regulatory guidelines. The position also involves supporting education efforts, helping improve documentation quality and coding consistency across teams. You will prepare audit findings and executive-level summaries that inform leadership decisions and operational improvements.
