Guide leading international banks through complex capital markets projects by analyzing business processes, identifying optimization potential, and driving efficiency.
Develop forward-looking strategies to strengthen business models, increase revenue, and streamline cost structures.
Address high-impact business, quantitative, and regulatory challenges in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Independently structure and manage project workstreams while maintaining close collaboration with clients and internal teams.
Stay ahead of market trends, explore emerging technologies, and drive innovation in the capital markets landscape.
Take responsibility from day one, think entrepreneurially, and deliver measurable value for clients.
Your ticket
Your educational foundation is a degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field, ideally complemented by an MBA or PhD.
You bring several years of experience in financial or capital markets, leveraging your strong understanding of market products to seamlessly bridge the gap between business and technology.
You are familiar with trading and sales, front- and back-office processes, or regulatory requirements, with an added bonus for quantitative expertise.
You are passionate about innovation and modern technologies, with optional but highly valued technical skills across programming (e.g., Python), data engineering (SQL, ETL, Big Data), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), or AI/ML exploration.
You communicate fluently in German and English, easily explaining complex technical or regulatory topics to diverse stakeholders.
You tackle complex challenges with a forward-thinking and entrepreneurial mindset, connecting the dots to deliver hands-on, smart solutions.
