What does a Lead Finance Business Partner do at Swire Coca – Cola?The Lead Finance Business Partner serves as a strategic advisor to the Denver manufacturing plant leadership, supporting a high‑volume Coca‑Cola operation with annual case production and OPEX spend in the tens of millions. This role provides financial leadership and rigorous business case analysis to optimize cost, profitability, and overall plant performance, while driving cross‑functional continuous improvement initiatives. As a key member of the Manufacturing Finance and Plant Leadership teams, the Finance Manager (Lead Finance Business Partner) applies strong managerial accounting expertise within manufacturing processes to deliver actionable insights and achieve 3–5% annual productivity gains. Reporting to the Sr. Finance Manager, Manufacturing, with a dotted line to the Plant Director, this role is a critical subject matter expert accountable for enabling location-specific enterprise targets through analytical rigor, strategic influence, and operational partnership
Responsibilities:
Drives process excellence, efficiency, and effectiveness through the application of operational excellence/lean approach, including KPI insights
Leads business planning and forecasting leveraging business requirements, and improved productivity by leveraging internal and external insights
Finance leader in functional and/or regional management routines
Drives proactive solutions based on trend analysis, risks, and opportunities, and utilizes management routines to review deviation and trend analysis, risk, opportunities
Partner with functional and/or regional management to develop business objectives and key results
Cross functional finance business partnership to ensure alignment
Promote a clear understanding of financial metrics and operational levers to develop financial acumen across the organization
Ensure effective internal controls are in place and properly executed
Perform ad hoc financial analysis that guides business decisions
Protection of the organization and its assets
Create efficient and effective processes
Maintain integrity in financial reporting
Empower leaders to make accurate and fast decisions
Influence the strategic direction of the business
Leverage financial and non-financial insights to drive transformation
Build a world-class finance organization

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, business or related field
6+ yrs in a Finance or Accounting Role, preferably 2+ in manufacturing environment
6+ yrs experience in Financial Reporting/Analysis/Management
4+ yrs Management or leadership role
Comfortable in a high speed, dynamic manufacturing environment
Experience building financial acumen across diverse teams
Proficient with Financial systems, data visualization tools including Power
BI, and Microsoft Office Suite
Experience partnering with business leaders multiple plant departments (Quality, Safety, Production, Maintenance, Continuous Improvement, Site Leadership) and being comfortable in a production plant setting are key to success in this role
This role requires on-site presence at a minimum 5 days a week
