About the Role In this role you’ll focus on growing profitable new business and building strong relationships with key insurance and business partners

You’ll be managing business development activities in line with the organisation’s overall strategy

You’ll also role support the company’s goal of implementing digital solutions to improve customer service, by overseeing the planning and delivery of related projects

Provide proactive support to Account Officer(s) Prepare and present sales and revenue reports to the Management Delivers sales presentations clearly & accurately to prospective and existing clients including sales updates with internal stakeholders Consistently achieve & deliver quarterly and annual production and revenue targets Build and maintain strong, long lasting client relationships by understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions Strengthen relationships with key accounts by making periodic visits, exploring specific needs and identifying new opportunities Oversee the management and fulfilment of deliverables for newly closed and renewed accounts Monitor deliverables for new and renewal business Tracking of daily transactions received from various touch points and ensuring all requests are addressed promptly and accurately Conduct outreach calls to prospective clients to gather essential information and ensure accurate and timely data entry into the system Adhoc tasks and
