
Internship 2026, Human Resources - Internship & Expat Management (C/PJ-HRSTH)
Job Description
- Manage the end-to-end internship process for four Bosch entities in Thailand, including hiring, onboarding, exit processes, and contract management.
- Coordinate with HR teams and hiring managers and interns at Bangkok and Rayong locations related to internship activities and inquiries.
- Prepare company-related documents for foreign employees and interns to support Thai visa applications from overseas.
- Liaise between expatriates and vendors for inbound expat logistics, including immigration related matters and invoices settlement.
- Support HR digitalization initiatives (Power Automate and Power BI) and shared service projects.
- Assist with ad hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Thai and English.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to multitask independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Teams 365.
- Available for a minimum 4-month internship period.
