Job Description

This role provides high-level administrative support to senior leadership, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment. As a trusted partner, you will manage priorities, coordinate logistics, and deliver organized, responsive, and professional support.

This is an onsite role in our Lewisville TX facility.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this role?

  • Calendar Management: Own and prioritize complex calendars, coordinating internal/external meetings and resolving scheduling conflicts in alignment with business priorities
  • Meeting & Event Coordination: Plan and execute meetings and events (in-person/virtual), including scheduling, agendas, materials, technology, and follow-ups
  • Travel Management: Arrange end-to-end travel (flights, lodging, transportation, itineraries) for business trips, conferences, and leadership meetings
  • Expense Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate, timely expense reports in compliance with company policies
  • Executive Materials: Develop and refine presentations, reports, spreadsheets, and briefing documents for leadership
  • Administrative Support: Serve as a primary point of contact, manage communications, maintain confidentiality, track action items, and support special projects

What are the requirements needed for this role?

  • 3+ years of administrative support experience, preferably supporting senior leaders
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong calendar management and coordination skills in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and discretion handling confidential information
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and adapt to shifting priorities

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience supporting executives in a manufacturing or similar fast-paced environment
  • Experience coordinating travel, conferences, and executive events
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel (reports, trackers, presentations)
  • Familiarity with expense reporting systems and enterprise scheduling tools

Pay Range:

$19.08 - $30.53

Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
