Job Description
An Accounts Receivable (AR) Manager oversees the entire revenue collection cycle, ensuring accurate billing, timely payments, and minimized bad debt.

Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and train Accounts Receivable staff.

Invoicing: Ensure timely and accurate generation of customer invoices.

Collection Management: Monitor aging reports, investigate discrepancies, and lead collection efforts on overdue accounts.

Process Improvement: Develop and enforce internal controls, credit policies, and standard operating procedures to improve efficiency.

Customer Relations: Act as the escalation point for complex billing disputes and maintain positive client relationships.
