Senior Architect
Job Description
We’re looking for a Senior Architect to join our Brisbane studio and play a key role in the delivery of a major healthcare project currently moving through detailed design and into construction.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys complex project delivery — coordinating large multidisciplinary teams, working through technical detail, and seeing ambitious design realised on site.
You may already bring health project experience, or you may come from another complex sector such as public, infrastructure, science, education, aviation or large-scale mixed-use, with a strong interest in healthcare design and delivery.
This is an opportunity to contribute to a project that will have lasting impact on the community, while working alongside a highly experienced team across architecture, interiors, health planning and project leadership.
What you’ll be doing
- Contribute to the delivery of a major health infrastructure project from detailed design through documentation and construction
- Lead coordination across architecture, consultants and broader multidisciplinary teams
- Develop and review detailed documentation packages with a strong focus on quality, buildability and technical resolution
- Work closely with project leaders, clients and stakeholders to resolve complex design and delivery challenges
- Support design integrity through delivery, ensuring the original project vision is maintained through to construction
- Mentor and support more junior team members within the project team
What we’re looking for
- Experience working as a Senior Architect on complex architectural projects
- Strong experience in design development, documentation and construction phase delivery
- Experience coordinating consultants and navigating technically complex project environments
- Strong Revit capability and confidence reviewing detailed drawing packages
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to balance design thinking with technical resolution and project delivery
Our team enjoys a wide range of benefits to support their development and well-being:
- 16 weeks paid parental leave for both primary and secondary carers.
- A progressive flexible work policy that allows hybrid work, location flexibility and work pattern flexibility.
- Inter-studio transfer opportunities. Wellbeing benefits.
- Development and training opportunities, including access to online training programs and our People Coach program.
- Study assistance.
