Job Description

You will be responsible for day-to-day customer contact, working closely with plant personnel to schedule customer orders and respond to customer inquiries You will maintain current inventory counts for each of the different steps in the process, utilizing both Oracle as well as physical inventory processes You will be responsible for producing the daily production schedules, working closely with plant personnel and production to actively resolve issues You will be required to work with production management to set schedules, identifying and resolving potential impediments to schedules Also, you will be required to maintain an ongoing relationship with customers including delivery schedules, issue resolution and work in a dynamic team focused environment
