Sales Field Representative-Fort Worth Territory

Green Bay Packaging, Inc., a family-owned leader in innovative and sustainable packaging solutions, is seeking a high-performing Sales Representative to manage and grow our Southwest territory in the San Antonio and Forth Worth, TX area.   

The Sales Representative is responsible for identifying product and service demand, developing pricing strategies, and building strong customer relationships within a designated territory. This role involves presenting products, managing customer accounts, and monitoring market trends to support business growth.

The Sales Representative works closely with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Success in this position requires a proactive approach and strong communication skills.
