Job Description
- Combine a strong understanding of AI systems (including prompt engineering, model training, ML, and associated risks) with direct technical competency, including the ability to manage coding tasks and leverage data-driven analysis to solve complex challenges.
- Apply advanced structured thinking and critical analysis to decompose complex problem spaces, identify emerging safety threats/vulnerabilities, and apply quality engineering mindsets to resolve systemic issues.
- Manage complex stakeholder relationships to drive alignment across product areas. Act as a point of contact for GenAI stakeholders to child safety cross-functional. Synchronize policy updates, engineering cycles, client priorities, and operational capacity.
- Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of new/updated child safety policies from ideation to deployment. Coordinate prioritization, sequencing, and timelines for required implementation, including classifier updates, evaluation set refreshes, and revised client guidance.
