Commercial Tire Technician

Review Date:  February 2025   Commercial Tire Technicians   Pomp’s Tire – OE Division is currently searching for Commercial Tire Technicians with experience in multi-piece tire/wheel assemblies. This role in our team will consist of the safe mounting practices of new tires and wheels both manually and semi-automated machinery in an indoor, production line style environment.   Duties and Job Responsibilities: -Mounting of single, three-, and five-piece wheel and tires -Ability to read and understand customer drawings -Maintaining a clean and orderly work area -Other duties as assigned by manager/supervisor   Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: -Commercial and/or OTR tire/wheel and tire mounting knowledge helpful -Positive attitude, self-motivated -Productive in a team atmosphere -Reliable transportation to and from work   Special and Physical Requirements: -Ability to move quickly with unrestricted mobility -Able to lift 100lbs unrestricted with frequent lifts of 30-50lbs -Frequent grasping with hands, bending/standing, pushing and pulling of off-the-road tires-Availability to work overtime when required EEO Employer - Disability/Veteran/Race/Color/Religion/Sex/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity/National Origin/Age/Genetic Information
