
Maintenance Admin Clerk
Job Description
- Research source documents and prepare simple reports.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with job site, co-workers, and project management.
- Reply to assigned queries correctly, efficiently and communicates in a timely manner.
- Complete special projects as required by manager.
- General office skills.
- Other duties as assigned
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent
- Solid working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft office products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Maintenance Admin Clerk will be required to interact with internal and external customers)
- Deadline driven
