Machine Operator 1 Starting Rate OR Range: $22.00 (+ 7.5% night shift premium) after 6 months of satisfactory performance your rate will increase to $22.75. Additional Incentives: (examples below) $100 Safety Shoe Reimbursement $150 Safety Glasses Reimbursement Company will provide all tools necessary 2+ Weeks’ Vacation (years of experience in trade considered) Cross-training provided   Work Hours: 12-hour day & night shifts Location: 3094 Lester Dr. Kendallville, IN   As our Machine operator 1, you will: Operate the machine and leads the overall product outcome associated with machine Ensure that product is produced to customer requirements Ensure that machines are running at the best possible speed while not sacrificing safety or quality Verify and communicates both product standards and work standards to execute production Participate in Continuous Improvement activities that improve the work centers performance Work in a team environment and cross-train with others Receive training to help advance your career   Physical Requirements: Must be able to Lift and carry up to 50 pound Must be able to stand for the entire duration of your shift   Qualifications: Experience – Previous machine experience preferred Attention to detail, good communication skills, comfortable with computer applications. Ability to work in teams or alone and ability to motivate other team members
