Job Description

We are seeking responsible and enthusiastic Before and After School Counselors for the 2026-2027 school year in Millbrook, AL. The ideal candidates will have a passion for working with children and creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment before and after school hours.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and engage with children during before and after school programs.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care.
• Organize and lead age-appropriate activities and games.
• Maintain a positive and supportive environment for all participants.
• Assist with setup and cleanup of program areas.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Responsible, dependable, and punctual.
• Genuine love for working with children.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 

Pay Range: $11 per hour
