Position Title: Inventory Controller DBP
Location: Dungannon Business Park
Reporting to: Warehouse & Logistics Manager
Hours of work: 40 hours per week
To provide support to both internal and external customers in supporting the Worldwide Terex dealer network about their orders and essential business requirements
This role above all requires Tenacity, Diligence, resolve, determination, and perseverance. A great work ethic and a willingness to grow are essential, ability to follow processes without taking shortcuts with key skills in providing service
Inventory Controller– Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Investigating shortages and checking parts on a daily basis
- Data entry – receipting in expenses
- Assisting with reviewing quality checks across the warehouse and parts being quality checked with teams on the floor
- Warehouse Utilisation inc Offsite
- Assist with the development all current & necessary policies and procedures to ensure that processes are effectively maintained.
- Project Work as designated
- Identification and implementation of areas of improvement, process creation to outline this.
- Lead and embrace change and set goals that align with the company vision.
- Think critically
- Communicate clearly
- Ability to travel as required by the business

Experience and Qualifications
- Previous experience in a fast paced Inventory position
- Self-motivated and ambitious
- Ability to lead a team
- Ability to work in an environment that is fluid with constantly changing priorities
- Excellent time Management
- Experience in a Customer Facing Environment
- Patience and attentiveness
- Highest level of integrity, honesty and trust
- Deadline driven
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience of the manufacturing industry to include lifting and material-handling equipment for a variety of industries including construction, infrastructure, quarrying, recycling, energy, mining.
