Content and Program Output
• Content calendar adherence: planned content published on schedule
• Campaign launch rate against the committed marketing calendar

Pipeline and Demand
• Email program performance: open rates, click rates, and list health trends
• Lead volume and pipeline contribution from marketing-executed programs
• Event and trade show follow-through and lead capture quality
Operational Integrity
• HubSpot data accuracy and campaign reporting reliability
• Sales collateral currency: percentage of materials current and product-accurate
• Brand and messaging consistency across North American and European channels
What You've Done
• 3-5 years in B2B marketing with a track record of driving programs from idea to execution --not just supporting them.
• Experience managing external resources and coordinating cross-functional workflows to deliver marketing output at pace.
• Ownership of a content marketing program: ideation, calendar management, briefing, and performance tracking.
• Hands-on with HubSpot (or a comparable marketing automation platform), a CMS, and social and email tools.
• A history of working alongside sales teams to ensure they have the collateral and materials they need.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools to accelerate execution and improve output quality -- experience building or working with AI agents is a meaningful plus.
• Experience supporting multi-region or international marketing programs is a strong plus.
• Background in vertical SaaS, hospitality tech, property management software, or a similarly operational B2B industry is preferred.
