An exciting opportunity has arisen for an IT Service Manager to join our Service Manager team within IT at Hampshire County Council.

As part of our forward-thinking and nationally respected IT function, we're looking for an IT Service Manager to join our dynamic Service Management team.

What you’ll do:
We're looking for IT Service Manager to join our IT Service Management team and act as a trusted technology partner to the business.
In this role, you'll work closely with Directorates and IT Business Partners to understand business needs, shape demand, and ensure IT services are designed, delivered and maintained to a high standard. You'll take ownership of a portfolio of IT services and applications, driving continuous improvement, service optimisation and value for money across both strategic and operational services.
This is a highly collaborative role requiring strong stakeholder engagement, service leadership and a solid understanding of IT service management across the full service lifecycle.
