You’ll work under the supervision of an RN or therapist and help ensure safe, high‑quality, and consistent care.What You’ll DoPersonal Care SupportAssist with bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, and shampoosChange bed linens; help with dressing/undressingProvide skin care and prevent skin breakdownSupport toileting and in‑home cleanlinessDaily Living & Health SupportPlan and prepare meals; assist with feeding if neededTake and record vitals (temperature, pulse, respirations, blood pressure — per training limits)Assist with ambulation and exercises per plan of carePerform range‑of‑motion and simple therapy‑related activities (within training limits)Assist with self‑administration of medicationsWash patient laundry, as appropriateMaintain a safe environment and use equipment properlyCommunication & DocumentationObserve and report patient condition changesFollow Lorian Health documentation standardsUphold professional and personal conduct expectationsWhat You Need (Qualifications)Meets state‑required education/experience for HHAsActive state certification/licensure in good standingStrong physical stamina and mental healthClear pre‑employment health screening (including TB test/X‑ray as required)Able to read and follow written instructions, capable of accurate documentationSelf‑directed and able to work with minimal supervisionCurrent CPR certificationFlexible, patient, professional, and maintains excellent personal hygieneValid driver's license and insured vehicle per Lorian Health requirementsMeets federal training/competency program requirements (CFR 484.36)1 year of Home Health experience Why Join us?We are committed to our employees' well-being, offering a comprehensive employee benefits package that includes, but is not limited to:· Competitive salary (EAP, 401(K) with 4% match)· Mileage reimbursement · Employee referral program and opportunities for growth and advancementThis position is based on a Pay per visit compensation model.Pay per visit ranges from $25 to $35 visit commensurate with experience and depending on type of visit.
