Job Description
The Contact Center Member Representative I (CC Member Rep I) is responsible for handling general member inquiries and providing high-quality service via phone, chat, and secure messaging. This role focuses on assisting members with routine banking needs, account information, and transactional support. CC Member Rep Is are expected to comply with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), attendance policies, and performance goals.
