About the role
- Achieve New Business Revenue Targets: Consistently meet or exceed a quota of $1M–$1.5M within a designated territory.
- New Logo Acquisition: Focus on winning new business by identifying and engaging prospective Tier 1 and Tier 2 banking clients.
- Lead the Sales Process: Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and closing, ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute account plans that align with client needs and drive sustainable growth.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and consistent deal flow.
- Market Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of the fintech industry, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to clients.
- Collaboration and Alignment: Work closely with sales management, pre-sales, marketing, product, consulting, and delivery teams to ensure alignment and success throughout the sales process.
- Ambassadorship: Represent Encompass at client-facing engagements and industry events, positioning the company as a leader in fintech.
- Sales Tools and Methodology: Fully utilize Encompass's sales tools, processes, and methodologies to maximize efficiency and results.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Proven track record in enterprise SaaS sales within the fintech industry, with a focus on Tier 1 and Tier 2 banks.
- Demonstrated ability to secure new logo deals and exceed annual quotas of $1M–$1.5M.
- Expertise in leading complex sales cycles and closing high-value deals.
- Experience in developing and executing strategic account plans.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a history of engaging and influencing C-level stakeholders.
- Ambitious, driven, and eager to take on a leadership role in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
- Experience in selling KYC, AML, Risk, or Compliance solutions.
