岗位职责：
1、主导产品硬件技术方案可行性评估，关键器件选型评估，作为硬件SE，主导跨多部门的堆叠架构评估工作，主导项目中硬件的三新专项工作；
2、把关硬件的原理设计、PCB布局布线评审、各阶段样机调试，主导重难点问题分析解决，主导项目开发各不同阶段硬件验收工作；
3、熟悉IPD开发流程有，熟悉项目不同阶段硬件子领域代表工作内容和工作重点；
4、撰写硬件设计checklist与设计规范，关键问题经验总结。
任职要求：
1、自动化、电子、通信、计算机相关专业、全日制本科及以上学历；
2、至少5年以上耳机产品或音频的开发经验，能独立进行耳机的测试与分析，有较强的逻辑思维&分析能力，对项目的风险意识强；
3、熟悉恒玄、络达、高通、中科、杰里等蓝牙芯片平台，有降噪耳机工作经验优先考虑；
4、熟悉蓝牙耳机硬件设计要求，能独立完成原理图、PCB layout的设计、电路调试等工作；
5、英文听说读写熟练，有国外客户沟通经验优先。
