Job Description
1. Responsible for New Pattern and Casting development as per Requirements
2.Co-ordinate with foundries for pattern layout.
3..Develop patterns and ensure first sample approval.
4. Release trial order, procure samples and get approval.
5. Responsible for Subcontract Commercial rate finalization activities
6. Negotiate and finalize prices of new items, price increase/reduction in case
of existing items whenever required.
7. Monitor supplier adherence to the schedules and take suitable/alternate
actions if required.
8. Responsible for identification & development of new sources for Machining.
9. Identify areas of possible improvement and plan actions to reduce cost / improve quality and delivery.
