Opportunity Overview
As a HW Interface Project Coordinator, you will lead the execution of hardware interface development programs supporting advanced ATE systems. This role owns end-to-end project delivery—ensuring designs meet performance, quality, cost, and schedule targets—while coordinating across engineering, suppliers, and operations.
- Lead planning and execution of hardware interface projects from concept through delivery
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors to align on scope, milestones, and deliverables
- Manage project schedules, risks, dependencies, and change control
- Drive design reviews and ensure readiness at key milestones
- Oversee PCB design activities including schematic, layout, SI/PI performance, and manufacturability
- Partner with suppliers to ensure DFM alignment, material selection, and fabrication readiness
All About You
We’re looking for someone who combines strong technical depth with disciplined program execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Computer, or related engineering field
- 8+ years of experience in ATE, PCB design, or hardware development environments
- Proven experience coordinating or leading technical projects or teams
- Strong understanding of high-speed / RF / mixed-signal PCB design and multilayer stack-ups
- Familiarity with SI/PI concepts and interpretation of simulation results
- Experience with PCB design tools (Cadence Allegro preferred)
- Knowledge of PCB fabrication and assembly processes
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project and Excel

Compensation:
The base salary range for this role is $135,400 - 216,600. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.
Incentive Plan: This job is eligible for discretionary bonus(es) based on financial performance.
