Team Leader Sales FBE
eMAG makes its platform available to external companies, which sell their products through our website, which are listed on eMAG and visible to all our customers. The Marketplace team takes care of everything that means the relationship with sellers, starting from scratch: contracts, terms of presence on eMAG, payments, listed products, collaboration rules.
Our colleagues provide sellers with all the information they need to grow a successful business in the Marketplace. They track and analyze consumption trends, contact potential sellers, and help those present on the Marketplace to develop their business with us.
What you’ll have to do:
- Lead and develop the team of sales managers for the Fulfilment by eMAG program: set targets, coach for performance, and build a culture of data-informed selling.
- Own the upsell pipeline for FBE: identify sellers with the highest incremental GMV potential, prioritize outreach, and drive conversion from partial to full program adoption.
- Design seller-specific upsell strategies based on various criteria
- Push the new FBE sellers to expand their stored assortment, increase inbound volumes, and leverage growth programs
- Personally lead negotiations strategic accounts: demonstrate the commercial and logistics value of deeper FBE integration at the highest level.
- Run structured performance reviews with your team: track KPIs including conversion rate, GMV uplift, FBE penetration per seller, and active SKUs in fulfilment.
- Translate field insights into structured feedback for the FBE product and program teams: what's blocking adoption, what sellers are asking for, where the value proposition needs sharpening.
- Contribute to quarterly business reviews with rigorous analysis on upsell performance, cohort evolution, and the commercial roadmap for FBE growth.
What makes you a good fit:
- You have 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, commercial account development, or program upsell (e-commerce or marketplace experience is a strong plus).
- You've led or mentored a sales team. You know how to build pipeline discipline, coach objection handling, and hold people accountable without micromanaging.
- You understand fulfilment and logistics well enough to have a credible conversation with a seller about inbound planning, storage costs, pick & pack economics, and delivery SLAs.
- You are data-driven in practice, not just in theory. You're fluent in Excel, you can build and interpret cohort analyses, and you back every recommendation with numbers.
- You can read a seller's business (their category dynamics, their margin logic, their operational constraints) and build a value proposition that speaks directly to their situation.
- You communicate with clarity and confidence: in seller meetings, in internal reviews, and in written analysis for leadership.
- You bring competitive energy and set high standards, while knowing how to sustain your team through the long cycles that B2B sales require.
