Asheville  FT_ House Advisor 

Asheville Community Program is a transitional living community for people whose lives are impeded by mental health challenges.

Location: Asheville, NC

Schedule:   The ACP : The House Advisor position will be full-time with weekday evening and weekend hours. This 

position includes at least one to two sleep shifts per week.

W=1pm-10pm

Th=4pm-10pm

F=4pm-10pm

Sa=1pm-8am

Pay: Starting at $17.00 per hour and increases based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Assist the residents in meeting their goals and oversee all aspects of community living
• Support residents with meal prep, grocery shopping, chores, medication management, host outings/events, and mediate conflicts
• Complete weekly notes, email, & complete routine paperwork in a timely manner
• Active participation in Community Program meetings

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent life experience
• At least 21 years or older, a valid driver’s license, with an acceptable driving record to be on our company car insurance
