Consultant of Regional Synthesis on Governance, Climate Risk, and Human Mobility CN

This project supports IOM MENA in strengthening regional policy coherence on climate change and human mobility across North Africa. It responds to fragmented evidence and limited integration of climate risk, disaster management, and mobility frameworks by consolidating and synthesizing existing data, policies, and legal instruments. The consultancy will produce a regional analysis that identifies common governance patterns, policy gaps, and entry points to inform coordinated programming, support CCMD objectives, and enhance regional and UN-level cooperation frameworks.
