Job Title: Certified Nurse Practitioner (CRNP)
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $95,000 - $115,000
Credentialing process will be completed prior to start date.
Adagio Health is a nonprofit healthcare organization operating across seven clinical sites in northwest and southwest Pennsylvania. Our Erie clinic is the second-highest in volume across our network - a high-impact environment where clinical expertise meets meaningful, mission-driven work.
We are seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner to join this dynamic site. Candidates with strong clinical backgrounds in women's health, family planning, or reproductive health are encouraged to apply. New graduates with relevant clinical training will also be considered.

- Structured workweek: Four 9-hour shifts plus a half-day Friday
- Daytime hours only - no nights, weekends, or holidays

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CERTIFIED REGISTERED NURSE PRACTITIONER-CRNP
- Provide comprehensive primary care and women's health services to diverse patient populations
- Conduct physical examinations, develop diagnoses, and create evidence-based treatment plans
- Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests within full scope of practice
- Perform procedures including IUD insertions, contraceptive counseling, colposcopy (if certified), and reproductive health services
- Collaborate with physicians, MAs, and multidisciplinary care teams
- Educate patients on health promotion, disease prevention, and treatment options
- Utilize UpToDate and evidence-based clinical resources
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and outcome tracking
- Support our mission of providing compassionate, accessible healthcare to underserved communities
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CERTIFIED REGISTERED NURSE PRACTITIONER-CRNP
- Active CRNP license in Pennsylvania (required)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred; strong new graduates with applicable training are welcome to apply
- Certification in a relevant specialty area (required)
- Master's or DNP degree (required for candidates without equivalent clinical experience; preferred overall)
- Strong foundation in family planning, reproductive health, and preventive care
- Commitment to patient-centered, equitable care
- Ability to travel locally as needed for coverage or training
