Your Role:

This new role will be responsible for the administration, deployment, maintenance and operation of various go-to-market (“GTM”) systems supporting our Enterprise SaaS Sales & GTM teams Worldwide.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage the GTM tech stack support queue including requirement definition, questions, troubleshooting, workflow builds and updates, field and user setup, quote SKU creation, Order Form T&C maintenance, creating new companies within HubSpot, and assignment to other team members where applicable.

  • In close collaboration with GTM Systems team, own the administration and operation of various GTM systems, which may include but not be limited to HubSpot, DealHub, Gainsight, Loopio, D&B, HG Insights, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

  • Monitor and update health checks for key integrations with HubSpot, including

  • databases, DealHub, Gainsight, and Workday

  • Support GTM Systems Manager and other RevOps and GTM leaders in cross-functional initiatives.

  • Own and maintain improved documentation of GTM systems and processes

  • Use AI agents (e.g., Treasure Work, Claude, ChatGPT, etc) to triage and resolve tier-1 support tickets

  • Build and maintain AI-assisted automations for repetitive admin tasks (user provisioning, field audits, data hygiene)

  • Author and maintain reusable prompts, skills, and agents, & partner with RevOps and Data teams to operationalize AI-driven insights

  • Collaborate and problem-solve across systems, functions and regions, to ensure end-to-end processes and business needs are working effectively

  • On an ongoing basis, identify, test and assess potential new technologies that will improve the productivity and/or efficiency of our tech stack, and for any selected technologies, support and/or lead the implementation, adoption, and ongoing operation and administration of those technologies

  • Work with the GTM teams and other Revenue Operations members to understand how the various systems are being used today, and how we might enhance them in future to drive increases in productivity and/or efficiency

Job Requirements:

  • Must have 2+ years of admin experience supporting Enterprise SaaS GTM systems

  • Must have 2+ years of HubSpot admin experience

  • Must have proven record of successfully learning and/or implementing new tools and systems

  • Preferred: DealHub admin experience

  • Preferred: Developer/code experience to create custom coded HubSpot workflow actions, and support various system integration efforts

  • Comfort using AI tools and technologies to research, build efficiencies, summarize, and draft content.

  • Possesses strong capabilities to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions and reporting needs, ensuring alignment and collaboration across functions

  • Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple regions

Physical Requirements:

Working out of the Mountain View, California or New York, New York office according to our “Global Hybrid Working Policy.” 

Travel Requirements:

Up to 1 in-person team meeting per year in the United States.
