This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Campaign Design Analyst based in the United States.

This role sits at the core of advanced marketing operations and audience design, responsible for building and optimizing highly targeted campaign selections across B2B and B2C channels. You will leverage relational databases and marketing platforms to design precise audience segments that drive impactful direct mail, email, and digital campaigns. The position requires deep analytical expertise, strong technical fluency, and a solid understanding of campaign management systems such as Unica Campaign and Salesforce Data Cloud. You will ensure data integrity and accuracy across complex selection logic while supporting continuous improvement of campaign performance and system efficiency. Working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, you will partner with cross-functional teams to solve data challenges and enhance campaign execution. This is a highly detail-oriented role where your work directly influences customer engagement and marketing effectiveness.
