Lead Warehouse Front Half (Sun - Wed) (5am-3:30pm)

Lead, mentor, and coach warehouse associates in procedures, performance standards, and company vision. Oversee daily operations to ensure accuracy in inventory, stock movement, and order fulfillment. Assign tasks, direct workflow, and prioritize orders to meet delivery timelines. Promote company health and safety practices, ensuring compliance across all activities. Support warehouse leadership in planning future capacity requirements and implementing improvement initiatives. Supervise and assist in receiving, unloading, and put-away of stock. Ensure proper use of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and RF scanning equipment. Monitor picking, packing, labeling, and palletizing processes for accuracy and timeliness.
