Description

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with the nursing process, focusing on delivering personalized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, adhering to protocol and safety standards.
• Monitor patient progress, documenting changes and coordinating with healthcare teams for optimal care continuity.
• Educate patients and families on medical conditions, treatment plans, and health maintenance.
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams to streamline patient care initiatives.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in acute or critical care settings.
• Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

• Specialization in Managed Care or Oncology Nursing.
• Additional certifications such as BLS and ACLS.

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Current RN license in the state of practice.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathetic approach to patient care.
• Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams.
