Service Trainee

As a Service Trainee, you will be at the forefront of our brand-new, state-of-the-art industrial scientific facility. This role is designed for motivated individuals looking to launch a career in technical services, instrumentation, and laboratory support.

Under the guidance of senior engineers and specialists, you will learn to install, calibrate, and maintain sophisticated analytical equipment used in the industrial and energy sectors. This position offers a unique "ground-floor" opportunity to grow alongside our expanding operations in the Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Assistance: Support senior technicians in the installation and commissioning of high-precision scientific instruments.
• Preventative Maintenance: Learn to perform routine checks, cleaning, and basic repairs to ensure equipment uptime.
• Calibration & Compliance: Assist in calibrating instruments according to Saudi Arabian and international standards 
• Documentation: Maintain accurate digital logs of service reports, equipment performance, and spare parts inventory.
• Safety Adherence: Strictly follow facility HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) protocols and Saudi industrial regulations.
• Customer Support: Accompany the field service team to client sites to learn professional communication and troubleshooting.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Recent Diploma or Associate Degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, Applied Physics, or a related technical field.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English (technical manuals are in English); Arabic required.
• Aptitude: Strong mechanical or electrical troubleshooting skills and a desire to work with "hands-on" technology.
• Mobility: A valid Saudi driver’s license (or willingness to obtain one) and a willingness to travel to various industrial sites if required.
• Soft Skills: A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and the ability to work effectively within a multicultural team.
