PRODUCTION SKILLED HELPER

Pre make ready:

• Prepares next job according to Factory job ticket and MPCC Start up:
• Pours the right ink prepared by the ink section
• Compares prints with cromaline or approved samples.
• Provides quality control with samples. Job settings:
• Sets his machine parameter according to MPCC Job production:
• Fills production reports
• Follows up printing process around the clock, and check for impression, registration and ink properties.
• Operates properly his machine
• Tries to propose methods to improve his machine, to the team leader Product realization:
• Troubleshoots any problem, and report to the team leader major ones
• Makes sure that his machine and the premises are clean at all time. Health and Safety:-
• Become familiar with the health and safety procedures and instructions of his/her function(s) of work.
• Follow NAPCO-IFP safety standards and comply with Saudi Labour rules and legislation.
• Contribute in the different OH&S activities, and attend safety meetings as requ
