The Position

As of now we are looking for Regional Regulatory Affairs Manager to join our Animal Health RA&PV team at the Regional Centre in Vienna. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the full regulatory lifecycle for assigned non‑EU markets, ensuring compliance with local legislation and alignment with global and regional regulatory strategy. You will manage product registrations, lifecycle activities, and regulatory intelligence, while acting as a key interface to internal and external stakeholders to ensure business continuity and successful market access across the region.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Manage product registrations and lifecycle activities across assigned non‑EU markets
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and alignment with global and regional regulatory strategy
  • Prepare and adapt regulatory submissions, including responses to authorities
  • Act as key interface to internal functions and external stakeholders (e.g. authorities, partners)
  • Monitor regulatory developments and communicate impacts to relevant stakeholders
  • Maintain regulatory data, documentation, and systems in line with company standards and perform regulatory review of promotional and scientific materials

Requirements

  • University degree in Health Science (e.g. MD, PharmD or DVM) with at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in Regulatory Affairs in a comparable role.
  • Experience in the Russian/EAEU market is an asset.
  • Excellent command of English and Russian (both written and spoken)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications and strong affinity for working with regulatory systems and databases
  • Structured, reliable working style with strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in an international and cross‑functional environment

The remuneration for this position starts at EUR 64.170 gross annual target salary per year (full time). The actual salary package depends on professional experience and qualifications. We will be happy to discuss further details in person.
