Why does this job exist and why is it critical?​

• Collaborate with the Chief Enterprise Business Officer to define and refine the Enterprise strategic vision and long-range plans, conducting market research to identify trends and growth opportunities within the B2B telco sector.
• Lead the team to ensure AOP/LRP delivery across Enterprise, guiding alignment with company targets and overseeing strategic initiatives to achieve divisional targets.
• Develop comprehensive strategic proposals and presentations for senior management, articulating objectives, roadmaps, and recommending pivots based on market dynamics.
• Develop comprehensive business plans and support the annual business planning/budgeting process, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and financial targets.
• Monitor execution of strategic initiatives, track KPIs, report on progress, and guide analysis/performance updates, providing actionable insights for leadership and corrective actions.
• Oversee strategy alignment, prepare Board decks, and manage effective business processes (e.g., MBU, QR) by establishing clear decision arenas, fostering collaboration with internal/external partners.
• Drive large-scale consulting/business projects and lead key divisional strategic initiatives, acting as a key liaison for Enterprise-wide impact.
• Direct the development of strategic and management material for internal and external communications, ensuring clarity and impact
