Job Description
Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between business users and IT, ensuring optimal system design, configuration, testing, and performance.
- Analyze, configure, and maintain SAP SD and related non-SAP solutions to support manufacturing and sales operations.
- Conduct complex unit and integration testing across functional areas, from development to production.
- Troubleshoot, upgrade, and implement functional changes to maximize system performance.
- Propose and develop new software concepts aligned with corporate goals.
- Evaluate, analyze, and recommend in-house and third-party solutions to meet short- and long-term business needs.
- Train and support end-users in SAP Sales & Distribution modules and functionality.
- Collaborate effectively with process owners, IT teams, and business stakeholders, providing clear communication, progress updates, and issue resolution.
- Maintain project and issue tracking in the Service Desk / Help Desk system.
- Document functional changes and create user-friendly procedures.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in SAP SD modules and related business processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical details into clear business language.
- Experience in training and supporting end-users.
- A proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Fluent English
