Pulpmill Shift Supervisor

This role will support day to day safety, hourly workforce leadership, and operations of the Mill Pulp and Utilities areas. The individual in this role will work within the operations team to continuously improve health and safety performance, environmental compliance, production, quality metrics, and operating cost. These activities will require leading people, processes and equipment. The scope of the Pulp and Utilities Shift Supervisor will include the Kamyr digester, Hardwood digesters, Pine Washing and Screening, Hardwood Washing and Screening, Bleach Plant, ClO2 Plant, Chemical Unloading, Evaporators, Concentrator, Recovery Boiler, Power Boilers, Steam Turbine Generators, Power Distribution and related Auxiliary Equipment and Cooling Towers. Additional responsibilities on off shifts.
