Overview

Southern Dental & Orthodontics supported by Smile Brands is seeking an experienced and bilingual  Treatment Care Coordinator (TCC.)  This role is ideal for a flexible, patient-focused professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about helping patients understand and move forward with their dental and orthodontic care.


Schedule (days/hours)

Spring Branch hours - Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5 p.m. Sugarland / Stafford : E.O Monday - 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Tuesday - 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. {also office close 1 Tuesday a month} Wednesday - 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Thursday - 11 a.m. - 7 p.m. Friday - 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. E. O. Saturday 9 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Responsibilities

  • Greeting: Create a welcoming atmosphere for patients and greet each patient with a warm welcome
  • Guiding: Assist patients with check in/check out procedures (including insurance verification), schedule appointments, and provide information about services and payment options, guiding them through their visit with ease and professionalism
  • Gratitude: Express appreciation to patients for choosing us for their dental care and treat everyone with respect and professionalism

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of dental/orthodontic treatment coordinating experience required
  • Bilingual preferred
  • Strong understanding of dental and/or orthodontic procedures and terminology
  • Proven experience with insurance verification and treatment planning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable discussing financial information and closing treatment plans
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt and work effectively in multiple office environments

Compensation

$18-$22/hour
