Inabia is looking for a COTA to join our team in a Rehabilitation setting. If you’re passionate about patient-centered care and enjoy collaborating with a supportive team, we’d love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver occupational therapy treatment interventions under the direction of the supervising Occupational Therapist.
- Support patient progress toward functional goals involving ADLs, mobility, safety, and independence.
- Document treatments, patient response, and progress accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary team members to support continuity of care.
Qualifications
- Active California COTA license/certification required.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills.
Schedule
- Shift: 5 x 8 shifts.
