*Location Notice: AgriBank is currently headquartered in downtown St. Paul. Please be aware that we will be relocating to Richfield, MN in September 2026. Position Overview As a key member of the Internal Credit team, you will be part of AgriBank's mission to support the people who feed the world. The Executive Administrative Assistant provides professional, confidential, and high‑quality administrative support to the Chief Credit and Lending Officer (CCLO), and all members of the Credit teams. This role ensures efficient operations, organized processes, and timely execution of both day-to‑day and recurring responsibilities across the department. Job Functions Executive and Administrative Support Prepare, edit, and distribute letters, memos, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, reports, and other documents for the CCLO and Credit teams. Manage and prioritize complex calendars for the CCLO, coordinating internal and external meetings and ensuring efficient use of executive time. Support Credit leaders by tracking project deadlines, deliverables, and milestones. Interface professionally with high‑level internal and external stakeholders regarding sensitive issues on behalf of the CCLO. Maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring accessibility, accuracy, and confidentiality of corporate, and Credit records. Coordinate on‑site and off‑site meetings, presentations, conferences, and travel arrangements, including logistics and preparation of necessary documentation. Manage incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the CCLO, as requested, ensuring timely follow‑up and clear tracking. Coordinate audit requests, information gathering, and reporting submissions for CCLO, ensuring accuracy and timely responses. Update and maintain content on Mainstreet and other communication platforms to support timely, consistent information sharing across the organization. Documents and Records Administration Prepare, compile, and coordinate correspondence, presentations, reports, legal documentation, and other confidential Credit communications Collect, organize, and assemble data and support information for correspondence, legal documents, presentations, and other credit-related materials, while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Review and edit documents for accuracy, completeness, grammar, formatting, and alignment with organizational standards while ensuring information is timely, relevant, and appropriate for stakeholders Determine and execute the most effective methods for distributing sensitive and high-priority communications, reports, and materials to internal and external stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism Budget Preparation and Expenses Manage timely expense report filing for the CCLO and other team members as requested. Perform administrative tasks related to developing, tracking, and monitoring department budgets. Process approved invoices and track payments to ensure accuracy and timely completion. Compile information needed for the annual cost center budget for review and approval by CCLO. *This job description is subject to change without notice. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma 5 years of related experience in an executive assistant or similar role Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job Knowledge Advanced knowledge of administrative support techniques and practices Advanced knowledge of office administration processes and procedures Basic knowledge of the Farm Credit System and mission Skills Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Advanced organizational, multitasking, and prioritizing skills and high level of attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive matters with tact and poise Ability to cultivate and maintain positive relationships to ensure seamless operations and communications Growth mindset with a since desire to grow and develop in a team-oriented environment Physical Requirements Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times The AgriBank Advantage You are the key differentiator in the marketplace and ultimately the most important factor in helping us fulfill our mission to support those who feed the world. The typical base range for this role is between $63,000 - $95,000. Compensation may vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience. The position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.
