JLL Designは、JLLのProject & Development Services（PDS）の一部門として、戦略、設計、プロジェクトマネジメント、施工までを統合したサービスを提供しています。
私たちは従来の設計事務所とは異なり、「One JLL」プラットフォームのもと、不動産・働き方戦略・プロジェクト推進を一体化させた価値提供を行っています。
JLL Design Japanは、APACおよびグローバルチームと連携しながら、国内外の主要企業のプロジェクトを手がけています。
このポジションについて
デザイナーは、ワークプレイスデザインプロジェクトにおいて、チームの一員として設計業務を担いながら、クライアントのビジネス戦略を空間に落とし込む役割を担います。
本ポジションでは、以下のような経験が得られます：
グローバル案件・外資系企業プロジェクトへの参画
戦略段階から設計・実装までのプロセスへの関与
クライアントとのコミュニケーションを通じたプロジェクト理解の深化
APAC・グローバルのデザインチームとの協働
「One JLL」による統合サービスの中での実務経験の蓄積
主な業務内容
デザイン業務
コンセプトデザインおよび空間計画のサポート
レイアウト、プレゼン資料、設計図書の作成
デザインディレクションのもとでの設計業務の遂行
プロジェクト遂行
プロジェクトマネージャーおよびチームとの連携
クライアントおよび関係者との調整サポート
施工段階における設計対応および調整業務
グローバル連携
APACおよびグローバルデザインチームとの協働
グローバルツール・プロセスの活用
チーム貢献・成長
チームメンバーとの協働によるプロジェクト推進
デザインスキルおよび知識の継続的な向上
ビジネスデベロップメント（サポート）
クライアント関係構築のサポート
提案資料作成やプレゼンテーションへの参画

デザインを通じて価値を具体化する役割を担います。
応募要件
必須要件
建築またはインテリア設計における実務経験5年以上
インテリアデザインの実務経験3年以上
中規模以上のプロジェクトにおける設計経験
設計業務における基本的なプロセスの理解
AutoCAD、Adobe Creative Suite、Microsoft Officeの実務スキル
SketchUpの使用経験
歓迎要件
英語での業務遂行能力（TOEIC700点以上が目安）
Revitの実務使用経験
一級建築士またはインテリア関連資格
LEED AP、WELL認証等の資格
グローバルまたは異文化環境での業務経験
