Full time or Part time | $125K +
We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our medical team in Northern PA areas. This position will be providing coverage full time or part time, serving patients/clients throughout SNF’s and correctional facilities in Honesdale and Tunkhannock.

We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our medical team in Northern PA areas. This position will be providing coverage full time or part time, serving patients/clients throughout SNF’s and correctional facilities in Honesdale and Tunkhannock.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide high quality patient care
- Engage with clinical staff on a regular basis and maintain a professional, collegial relationship with other providers, caregivers, administrators, and directors.
- Engage with patients and families during care and communicate clearly to promote understanding of treatment options and procedures. Set expectations with patients, and families.
- Attend team meetings as needed
- Documentation: Follows protocol and guidelines for documentation, billing, and coding.
- Actively collaborates with treating physicians, providers and treating groups(referrals, wound care, Orthopedists, etc.)
- Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner OR Physician Assistant Program
- Active/Current NP/PA license in PA
- Full time or Part time
- $125k+ to start plus production bonuses (depending on experience)
