Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Key Responsibilities:

Website Strategy & Management

  • Lead and evolve the Mahindra Group corporate website and digital platforms.
  • Improve user experience, information architecture, and platform performance.
  • Ensure platform stability, security, and scalability with IT and digital partners.
  • Conduct website audits and optimizations regularly.

Digital Content & Strategy

  • Develop and execute a digital content strategy aligned with the Mahindra Group’s brand and business goals.
  • Translate strategic initiatives into engaging digital storytelling.
  • Manage the editorial pipeline and content calendar.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to highlight key initiatives digitally.

Search, Discovery & Experience

  • Implement and refine SEO strategies to boost visibility.
  • Monitor analytics, user behavior, and engagement trends.
  • Develop performance dashboards to track impact.
  • Enhance navigation and user journeys with insights.

AI & Digital Capabilities

  • Utilize AI and large language models (LLMs) for digital storytelling and content workflows.
  • Incorporate AI-enabled search, summarization, and storytelling.
  • Ensure responsible integration of AI tools.

Brand Stewardship & Governance

  • Align all content with the Mahindra Group’s brand voice and standards.
  • Maintain editorial and visual consistency.
  • Establish governance frameworks for quality and accuracy.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Corporate Communications, Brand, Sustainability, and other teams for integrated storytelling.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and content partners.
  • Lead strategic initiatives like website redesigns and platform upgrades. .

Experience

7–10 years of experience in website strategy, digital platforms, corporate communications, or digital media. Agency experience is a plus.

Industry Preferred

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field. A master’s degree is an advantage.

General Requirements

  • Strong understanding of SEO, web analytics, CMS platforms, and digital content ecosystems.

   •   Proven ability to translate complex corporate themes into compelling digital narratives.

   •   Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects and agency ecosystems.

   •   Familiarity with AI-enabled content tools and emerging digital technologies is desirable.

   •   Strong editorial judgment, writing skills, and project management capabilities.
