Receiving Forklift Operator

Pay: $19.50/hr - On Demand Pay available (access a portion of your earned pay before pay day) Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:00pm, with overtime including Saturday Location: Indy North - 5550 W. 74th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46268 Job Type: Full Time Permanent – eligible for benefits Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k with company match, Prorated paid time off, Holiday pay, Employee Assistance Program Culture & Engagement: Safety First Standard, Food Trucks, Employee Events, Holiday Parties, Employee Recognition Program, Advancement Opportunities!  Job Responsibilities: Safely operate an order picker, turret, and dock stocker Organize and stow products in the correct location within the facility Unload pallets from trailers and stage as directed Other duties on or off the forklift equipment as assigned to support business needs Adherence to all safety policies – steel toes required  What You Bring: Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience - required 6+ months previous order picker, turret, and dock stocker experience - required Ability to work safely at heights of 20ft or more Proven success working in fast-paced, physically demanding seasonal periods Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift 50lbs throughout 8 to 10-hour shift Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal) to be able to collaborate with team members and follow direction from leadership What Makes our Indy North Facility Special: Experienced, tenured, team who are willing to share their knowledge and experience Peak season fun – food trucks, basketball and cornhole competitions, giveaways Diverse, Inclusive, & Welcoming work environment
