Job Description & Summary

At PwC, the Document Production Services Specialist reports to the Regional DPS Manager. The DPS Specialist works in a collaborative, team-focused environment to support the delivery of high-quality documents and/or financial statement requests for Partners and staff across all lines of service.

Key attributes include a positive, customer-centric, proactive “can-do” attitude; strong technical, interpersonal, and communication skills; and close attention to detail. The role requires working accurately and/or creatively within established visual and written identity standards. The ability to manage competing priorities, adapt quickly to changing demands and deadlines, and leverage AI-powered tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatPwC) to enhance productivity, streamline workload, and improve output quality is essential.

The Opportunity

As a Document Production Services Specialist, unlock your potential and embrace the chance to drive meaningful outcomes that’ll elevate your career. Your role will include, but isn’t limited to:

  • Format and edit templated documents (e.g., letters, reports, and financial statements)

  • Format, edit, design, and create PwC branded and non-branded documents (e.g., presentations, proposals, marketing, and other digital materials)

  • Manage PDFs in Kofax or Adobe Acrobat to create, edit, combine, and/or apply secure firm signatures

  • Act as a brand ambassador; understand and promote the Firm’s brand strategy (verbal, visual and written identity guidelines)

  • Adhere to Firm risk management standards to ensure the protection and confidentiality of documents and data

  • Work within the ServiceNow platform to manage and complete requests from internal clients

  • Collaborate with Partners and staff and offer guidance on templates, best practices and/or innovative design solutions while adhering to brand and compliance guidelines

  • Exceptional eye for detail—review own work and that of others to ensure high-level accuracy, formatting/brand consistency and error detection in all documents

  • Deliver high quality output by managing client expectations and delivering to or negotiating deadlines

  • Provide backup coverage for teammates and support a “one-team” culture by flexing as a cross-functional resource to manage deadlines during peak periods

  • Demonstrate a leadership mindset and commitment to continuous learning; support adoption of new firm technologies (AI), policies, and procedures; and contribute to team activities, firm-wide initiatives and strategic priorities

  • Continuously stay informed on emerging AI capabilities and assess their applicability to enhance service delivery

What You’ll Bring

Your skills, knowledge, and experiences are what set you apart. Here’s what we look for:

  • Experience supporting a fast-paced team, or comparable technical and document production/desktop publishing/design experience

  • Post-secondary education and relative work experience is required (i.e. MS Office Specialist/Desktop Publishing/Graphic Design)

  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Kofax/Adobe PDF tools and other firm technologies as required

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively fostering a team environment and combing individual strengths to enhance team performance

  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills and initiative by proactively identifying issues, proposing solutions and acting on opportunities to enhance client service

  • Strong client-service mindset when supporting internal and external clients, consistently demonstrating the firm’s values, professionalism, discretion, integrity, and tact

  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills, including active listening and excellent English (spelling, grammar, punctuation, proofreading, and editing)

  • Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills, with the ability to ask probing questions and take appropriate action in ambiguous situations

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt quickly, and perform well under tight deadlines

  • Comfortable working in a highly technical, fast-paced, deadline-driven, and evolving digital environment

We’re committed to providing accommodation throughout the application, interview, and employment process. If you require accommodation to be at your best, please let us know during the application process.

The use of artificial intelligence (AI) in recruiting is just getting started, so we know you have questions about how and why we use it. At certain points during our recruiting process, we rely on AI to improve your experience. This could be during resume review or curating personalized job recommendations, asking you clarifying questions via a chatbot or during our interview scheduling to improve your experience. Our use of AI helps ensure we combat bias by evaluating candidates equally and fairly, without seeing identity information, such as your name, or gender for example). AI also helps us better predict successful hires by reviewing all applicants for a role and the relationship between your skills, experience and likely success at PwC Canada. While AI supports parts of our recruitment process, final hiring decisions always involve human review. For more information about our use and protection of your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy (https://www.pwc.com/ca/en/privacy-policy.html).
