We are looking for a proactive and reliable Workplace Assistant to support the daily operations of the office and help with administrative and operational tasks across the company.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on operational work, is highly organized, and can comfortably manage multiple day-to-day responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:

  • Support daily office operations and workplace management

  • Coordinate office maintenance and communicate with contractors and building management

  • Handle office-related errands, mail, packages, and deliveries

  • Assist with operational and administrative requests from employees

  • Support facilities coordination and general office upkeep

  • Help with travel-related and operational support tasks

  • Assist with logistics coordination, including office equipment and deliveries

  • Handle day-to-day administrative errands for the CEO and office team

  • Help maintain a comfortable, organized, and efficient office environment

What we are looking for:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • High level of responsibility and attention to detail

  • Proactive, hands-on, and problem-solving mindset

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

  • Strong communication skills

  • Comfortable with operational and administrative work

  • Greek — Intermediate level or higher

  • Driving license

Nice to Have:

  • Previous experience in office management, operations, or administrative support

  • Experience working with vendors, contractors, or facilities coordination

  • Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment

  • Experience supporting travel coordination or logistics processes
