Job Description
Job Duties
Receive and Enter Client’s Purchase Orders and prepare an open order report to share with the customer on a weekly basis
Send Confirmations to Clients with ETAs of production (work with Purchasing & Scheduling) (part of OOR^)
Enter new Clients information on Activate / Update information
Confirm Credit Terms with Accounting Team when needed (new clients or update existing)
Confirm pricing for each PO before confirming to Client- work with site lead should pricing need to be updated
Request documentation from Regulatory (if requested after launch)
Inform Clients when Order is ready for pick up
Pricing Excellence
Host client meetings (if not launch related)
Assist Project Manager as needed
Any other client service tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Spear head QBR’s if requested by customer
Manage inventory targets and coordinate the resolution, disposition, and mitigation of excess or aging inventory.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
2+ years of experience in a customer service environment.
Ability to juggle multiple tasks and stay calm under pressure
Solid written and verbal communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills including a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
Willingness to be a team player AND work independently.
Ability to demonstrate initiative, prioritization, and maintain a strong eye for detail.
Work efficiently with a strong sense of urgency
Demonstrate effectiveness with large scale, cross-functional projects.
