Description
Join Infor Process Intelligence (IPI), a process mining and business intelligence solution within Infor CloudSuite ERP, designed to help organizations analyze real ERP-driven processes, identify inefficiencies, and optimize business performance through data-driven insights.
A Typical Day in the Life Includes:
- Lead and guide a multidisciplinary agile team in delivering high-quality software solutions
- Collaborate with software engineers, QA engineers, architects, and business analysts to design and build scalable applications
- Define tasks, priorities, and technical direction for the team
- Take ownership of both individual deliverables and overall team outcomes
- Foster collaboration, communication, and knowledge sharing within the team
- Mentor and support team members to drive growth and continuous improvement
- Contribute to building cloud-native, data-driven solutions integrated with Infor CloudSuite.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience in software engineering with a focus on building scalable applications
- Strong commitment to writing high-quality, maintainable code
- Treats unit testing as an intrinsic part of the development process
- Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to take ownership and contribute to team-level success.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AWS cloud services such as DynamoDB, KMS, OpenSearch, Kinesis, S3, SQS, Aurora, or similar
- Familiarity with programming languages such as SQL, GraphQL, Kotlin, Scala, or Python
- Understanding of SOLID programming principles and pair programming practices
- Experience with containerization and deployment technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker
- Familiarity with AWS CLI and cloud development workflows.
