How you will contribute
You will:
- Execute the business analytics agenda in conjunction with analytics team leaders
- Work with best-in-class external partners who leverage analytics tools and processes
- Use models/algorithms to uncover signals/patterns and trends to drive long-term business performance
- Execute the business analytics agenda using a methodical approach that conveys to stakeholders what business analytics will deliver

- Using data analysis to make recommendations to analytic leaders
- Understanding in best-in-class analytics practices
- Knowledge of Indicators (KPI's) and scorecards
- Knowledge of BI tools like Tableau, Excel, Alteryx, R, Python, etc. is a plus

Technical Skills
Expert-level knowledge of Nielsen Discovery platform and its reporting capabilities
Power BI dashboard development and data modeling
Advanced Excel and data manipulation skills
Knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, R, or Python is a plus
Understanding of KPIs, scorecards, and market performance indicators in CPG
Soft Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication skills — ability to explain complex methodologies in simple terms to diverse audiences
Strong analytical thinking with a commercial mindset
Proactive problem-solving and intellectual curiosity
Ability to manage multiple country stakeholders simultaneously
Influence without authority — ability to drive action through insights
Collaborative approach with cross-functional teams
Adaptability to work across different market dynamics and cultural contexts
Desirable
Experience in multinational CPG companies (Mondelez, Unilever, P&G, Nestlé, PepsiCo, etc.)
Knowledge of additional market measurement tools (Kantar, IRI/Circana)
Experience leading or mentoring junior team members (interns/practitioners)
Spanish fluency (for LATAM regional scope)
